Estimate requests

The Contact page links to QOQ’s existing Squarespace estimate form. The form collects the details you choose to enter so QOQ can review the project and respond. Form processing and storage continue through Squarespace and the existing connected services. The form and its privacy information are available on qoqinc.squarespace.com; this website does not copy or submit those entries.

AI painting assistant

The optional Ask QOQ Painting assistant loads only after you choose to open it. QOQ saves the messages you send and the AI replies in a private database for owner review and assistant improvement, and OpenAI processes the messages to generate replies. No automatic deletion period is currently set. To request deletion, email tony@qoqinc.com with the approximate date and a short description of the chat.

Do not include an address, payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal information. A saved chat is not an estimate request or a promise of a reply. AI can make mistakes; the QOQ team confirms scope, pricing, scheduling, and project details.
